Drive Zone is not just a school for new drivers. It is a school designed to serve the entire family through a well organized driver education program that includes an opportunity for parents to participate in one of the six driving lessons.

As a parent, you will have an opportunity on your one ride-along drive, to observe how we instruct your teen, how we communicate, and how we encourage. The result will be that you can feel more confident and comfortable serving as a driving coach for your teen.

We train your teen not only the basics skills required of driving, but also the critical pre-start safety checks to make sure the car is safe and the path is clear before we get underway on their drive. Teaching safe driving habits will help reduce the chances of safety-related crashes and vehicle breakdowns.

At Drive Zone, we feel that it is much more effective to train your teen on a one-to-one private instruction basis. No need to be distracted by other teens riding along in the back seat. Your teen's instructor can focus on your teen, providing custom instruction to your teen during their hour drive. Providing more time on skills that they may be struggling with, and more opportunity as they master the basic skills of driving.

Each and every drive is designed to expose the student to new driving manuevers, skills, and environments. Our drives start with the basic car control skills and progress to the more advanced skills which include more and more interaction with high-volume traffic. From rural roads, residential areas, congested traffic areas, and interstate driving, your teen will be trained on all the skills and challenges of each of these environments.
